Thread Roller Machine ismainly used for processing of ribbed rebar’s straight thread screw head in architectural projects,being key equipment to realize rebar straight thread connection.
Proper use and maintenance of the machine:
1.when there is no cooling iquid,rolling is strictly prohibited.
2.The coolant must be water-soluble,the cutting fluid should be released to prevent the cold and cooling system after construction.
3.The rebar ends shall be flat and must be cut off without a tooth.and in the end of 500mm.the length of the area should be round straight,not allowed to bend,not allowed to cut off the end of the material from the cuting machine.
4.The slider and the skateboard should be cleaned and applied regularly.
